Mesensei Ltd ("we", "us" or "our") places the highest value on protecting the personal data of our users ("User", "you" or "your"). This Data Protection Notice ("Notice") explains how we collect, use, disclose, safeguard and retain your personal data when you access and use our mobile application Auto TextBack ("Application").
We process your personal data always in accordance with all applicable laws. European Union General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) is the primary data protection enactment applicable to our Application and processing of your personal data.
Please read this Notice carefully. If you do not agree with the terms and content of this Notice, you must stop using our Application immediately.
Auto TextBack is built with a privacy-first approach. The Application runs entirely on your device, collects no personal data, and requires no internet connection to function.
We are the controller of your personal data. Therefore, we are responsible for the processing of your personal data and we define the purposes and means for the processing. Our identification and contact information are as follows:

Auto TextBack automatically sends a pre-written SMS message when you miss a phone call. The Application detects missed calls on your device and sends your custom text message to the caller's number. All processing happens locally on your device.
The Application does not require registration, does not create user accounts, and does not connect to any servers. No personal data is transmitted from your device at any time during the normal operation of the Application.
In order to function as intended, the Application requires access to the following mobile phone features. Each is used strictly for the Application's core purpose and nothing else.

The Application does not use the INTERNET permission. No data obtained through the above permissions is collected, stored on any server, or transmitted anywhere. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings. However, please note that changing permissions may cause limitations or complete denial of your access to the Application.
The Application does not collect or process personal data. No user accounts exist, no registration is required, and no data is transmitted from your device.
The only data stored locally on your device (using Android SharedPreferences) is: your auto-reply message text, your on/off toggle preference, your cooldown and SMS limit settings, and temporary counters for daily and monthly SMS usage tracking. This data is stored exclusively on your device, is not accessible to us, and is permanently deleted when you uninstall the Application.
We do not disclose your personal data to any third parties because no personal data is collected by the Application. No international data transfers occur.
The only external service interaction is with Google Play for billing verification related to the one-time purchase of the Application. This interaction is governed by Google's own privacy policy and is handled entirely by the Google Play platform, not by the Application itself.
The Application does not use cookies or any similar tracking technologies.
The Application uses no third-party services, SDKs, analytics tools, advertising networks, or crash reporting frameworks.
The Application does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The Application can be used on a child's device managed by Google Family Link, with parental approval and permission management.
As the Application does not collect or process personal data, the standard data subject rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) do not apply in practice. However, should you have any concerns, you have the right to contact us using the information provided above, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Finland: Data Protection Ombudsman).
No personal data is retained by us, as no personal data is collected. Local preferences stored on your device are permanently deleted when you uninstall the Application.
As the Application operates entirely on-device with no data transmission or server-side storage, the security of your data is maintained by the security features of your Android device and operating system.
This Notice is valid until further notice beginning from the Effective Date.
We reserve the right to make changes to this Notice at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Effective Date" of this Notice. Since the Application has no internet connection, we cannot notify you in-app — please check this page periodically.
You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Notice by your continued use of the Application after the then current Effective Date.
